I haven't witnessed this kind of support since my award-winning first book, How to Give Yourself Awards for Your Writing, received its unprecedented number of awards.
However, I am concerned with the caveat "greatest blog in America." Is there some foreign blog of which I am not aware?

Ah, when’s your performance slated for? I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
Thank you for the well deserved accolades, ML. As I've mentioned to Coco on numerous occasions, there is only you and not you. (Even that distinction has little meaning since so much of you is not you). You take care of you and I'll deal with not you.
We're scheduling a performance for December, so I'd expect it to happen in February or March. We'll DV the whole thing, then lose the tapes for several months or years, then, depending upon the technology available at the time, we will forget all about it.
Keep an ear out.

Oops! I apologize for having offended your finer senses. However, I have no intention of “pricking” you, just to see if you’ll bleed. On that score, I’ll settle for your good word. I’m absolutely delighted that you know where you left your self-esteem; it should be well preserved (pickled) at the bottom of a martini glass. Please don’t confuse it with the olive and devour it.
